Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, Marine engineering or logistics and warehousing related fields.
2. Be familiar with the classification principles of ship materials and the storage requirements for various types of materials.
3. Master the entire process of warehouse management, such as inbound inspection, outbound registration, and inventory taking.
4. Be capable of accurately reading English labels and various English documents.
5. Proficient in using office software and warehouse management systems.
6. More than 1 year of experience in ship warehouse management or related warehousing work, familiar with the ship spare parts management system.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the reception, classification, coding and storage of spare parts, tools, materials and living supplies for ships.
2. Regularly inspect the status of inventory materials and promptly identify and handle issues such as expiration, deterioration, and damage.
3. Strictly enforce the material requisition approval system, conduct monthly inventory checks, and compare them with the data from the ship management system to ensure that the accounts match the physical inventory.
4. Supervise the implementation of fire and explosion prevention measures in the warehouse, inspect the load-bearing capacity of the shelves, and participate in emergency drills for ships.
5. Assist in other tasks assigned by superiors.
