To strengthen road transport safety management and enhance drivers' awareness of risk prevention, on the afternoon of May 28, 2025, Shihezi Jushen Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. specially invited Song Wenlong, deputy captain of the Traffic Police Brigade of Beiquan Public Security Bureau of the Eighth Division, to conduct a special traffic safety warning and education training for drivers of heavy semi-trailer tractors. The company's management, fleet dispatchers and over 20 front-line drivers participated in the training. Through the form of "case-based explanations + scenario-based teaching", professional strength was injected into the enterprise to build a solid safety production defense line.
At the training site, Team Song kicked off the event with a shocking short film about a traffic accident. In the video, multiple collisions and rollover accidents of heavy semi-trailer tractors caused by overloading, speeding, fatigued driving and improper operation are shocking. The tragic scenes at the accident sites and the deep repentance of the parties involved have made all the trainees deeply feel the potential threat of traffic safety hazards. Team Song, in combination with laws and regulations such as the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on Road Transport of the People's Republic of China", conducted a legal analysis of the illegal acts in the short film one by one, clarified the division of responsibility for the accidents and the corresponding penalty standards, and emphasized that "safe driving is not only a legal red line but also the bottom line of life."
Subsequently, Captain Song closely combined the local traffic characteristics and presented the drivers with "customized" safety tips. In response to the common winter weather conditions such as ice and snow and heavy fog in the local area, as well as the resulting road conditions, Captain Song elaborated in detail on potential safety hazards such as extended braking distance and increased risk of skidding under adverse weather conditions. He also demonstrated practical driving skills like "slowing down, maintaining a safe distance, and avoiding waterlogged and icy sections". In light of the regional characteristics of mountainous roads with many sharp turns and complex construction sections within the jurisdiction, Team Song focused on guiding drivers on driving norms on special sections, such as checking the braking system in advance when passing through long downhill sections and switching lights reasonably when driving at night on unlit roads. In addition, Captain Song also reminded drivers to be vigilant against blind spot risks and resolutely avoid distracted driving by referring to typical accident cases in the jurisdiction recently.
In his concluding remarks, Zhang Jian, the deputy general manager of Shihezi Jushen, pointed out: "This training not only demonstrated a painful lesson as a warning, but also provided practical and feasible operational guidance.
