Introduction: In the logistics and transportation industry, truck drivers, as key nodes connecting the supply chain, their health conditions directly affect the safety of goods, delivery timeliness and customer trust. Jushen Co., Ltd. has always firmly believed that caring for front-line employees is not only a manifestation of the warmth of corporate culture, but also the fundamental logic for ensuring the safety of goods rights and improving service quality.
On April 13th, Jushen Co., Ltd. held a first aid knowledge training activity for front-line positions such as truck drivers and forklift drivers under the theme of "Protecting Employee Safety and Promoting Safe Production". The event was taught by experts from the Eighth People's Hospital of Nanhai District, Foshan City. It not only conveyed the safety concept of "life first", but also demonstrated the enterprise's dual protection of employees and customers through practical actions.
The event attracted 64 truck drivers and some forklift drivers to participate. The training content covers basic first aid knowledge, first aid for common diseases and first aid for traffic accidents. By combining theoretical explanations with practical exercises, the instructor demonstrated in detail the usage of the first aid kit and guided the employees to perform simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation operations and hemostasis and bandaging exercises.
An interactive Q&A session was also set up at the event site. Drivers asked questions enthusiastically, and the instructor provided professional answers to first aid problems encountered in actual work. After the event, driver Wang, who participated in the training, said with emotion, "After learning these skills, I feel more at ease when driving in the future, and the goods entrusted by customers will also be safer."
Through first aid training, the company not only builds a safety barrier for its employees, but also, with the service pursuit of "zero accidents and zero delays", is committed to creating a safety ecosystem where "both people and goods are protected". From safeguarding the lives and health of employees to ensuring the safety of goods throughout the entire process, from enhancing emergency response capabilities to striving to set industry safety benchmarks, this first aid training is not only a heartwarming project within the enterprise, but also a transparent commitment to customers and society.
